HEMP HERITAGE
These books create a contemporary look for a fiber that has been used to make paper nearly 2,000 years! The pages feature our heavyweight Hemp Heritage paper boasting a rough finish with plenty of "tooth". Watercolorists rave about this book! Suitable for a wide range of media including pastel, charcoal, watercolor, and pen and ink.
HEMP LEAVES
The leaf is the most recognizable feature of the hemp plant so we printed and debossed the cover of these books with a stylized pattern. Like the hemp paper of old, ours is made with recycled fabric. The rich texture of the heavweight pages of this book sets it apart from the field of mere blank books and will lend itself to any use you have in mind.
This Hemp paper has no chemical additives, no chlorine bleach and is acid-free and archival quality. It was tested by Iowa State as a part of a government study and was found to be 100% bio-based.
Printed materials (covers etc.) all use soy or vegetable based inks.
